PROPOSED 160 HOUSES, FILL CREEKS, KILL 493 OAKS Instead of fitting the houses in with the land as called for by the Foothill Trabuco Specific Plan (FTSP), developers propose to level the land with months of Cut-and-Fill grading and then "rebuild" it. They jammed 14 amendments through that permanently weaken the FTSP and open the entire Trabuco/Live Oak area up to massive new development. Strip malls, housing tracts and condos are right around the corner. Irvine developer Rutter LLC, and "PCR Services Corp." |
