Clean Air: Parts of Fountain Valley and others cities are impacted by persistent reports of annoying and unhealthful odors coming from OCSD. Help build awareness of "Rule 402" which will require OCSD to improve handling of air quality just giving up the Waiver will help Ocean quality.
