up the waiver, and implement full secondary treatment with its $554,000,000
cash "reserves" now being loaned out at a profit of 2%.
Each constituent city gets one vote
on the Board of Directors, there are 25 total votes.

North on the 57 fwy to Orangethorpe, go East to Kraemer. Turn Left (North)
on Kraemer to Chapman, the police-city hall-library is on the NE corner of Kraemer and Chapman.
Park in the library lot, walk around the front on Chapman (there is construction, so be careful).

CITY COUNCIL Meets 1st & 3rd Tuesday every month. Study sessions begin at 5:30 p.m., Regular meetings begin
at 7:30 p.m.
Public comment starts after the presentations, reports, etc., usually about 8:30 p.m.
It is possible but not advisable to speak at the "public comment" at the "study sessions",
which often involve complicated issues having nothing to do with OCSD. |
Dec. 2 Sunday 12:00 Noon to 4:00 P.M. Placentia 75th Anniversary celebration at Bradford Park and the historic
Bradford House, 136 E. Palm Circle (714) 993-8232. Former Mayors, pioneers, time capsule rededication at the gala,
with entertainment Community Concert Band, free food, face painting, bounce houses, balloons, visit from Santa
Claus. Volunteers are needed to staff an informational table, informational picket line, and sign up volunteers.
Dec. 4 Tuesday 7:30 AM informational picketing at OCSD 7:30 PM Placentia City Council has a special meeting continuing
the 75th anniversary celebration. This would be the perfect place for OOG to give their wonderful speeches which
proved unnecessary at Costa Mesa. Arrive at 8PM or so, you get 5 minutes each. |
