Santa Ana has DUCKED the issue, and REFUSED to even consider the sewage waiver issue.

Attend the City Council, ask that they resolve to oppose the 301(h) waiver.

Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) must give up the waiver, and implement full secondary treatment with its $554,000,000 cash "reserves" now being loaned out at a profit of 2%.
Each constituent city gets
one vote on the Board of Directors, there are 25 total votes.
