Attend the City Council, ask that they resolve
to oppose the 301(h) waiver.
Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) must give up the waiver,
and implement full secondary treatment with its $554,000,000 cash "reserves" now being loaned out at
a profit of 2%.
Each constituent city gets one vote on the Board of Directors, there are 25 total votes.
